Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • valid food handlers certification
  • valid alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • knowledge of scratch kitchen operations
  • food handlers certification
  • alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
