Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales
- Review monthly budget and profit & loss statements
- Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- Monitor crew prep, production, and procedure execution to manage costs
- Track waste levels using established procedures
- Communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
- Assist in executing restaurant sales and profit plans
- Monitor food costs to eliminate waste and theft
- Monitor product quality through customer interaction and crew performance feedback
- Evaluate service times and train crew to meet customer needs efficiently
- Train crew in customer courtesy and solicit customer feedback
- Establish and communicate daily service goals
- Train crew in maintaining restaurant cleanliness during shifts
- Follow restaurant cleaning plan and correct deficiencies
- Train crew on new products and assist in new manager training
- Use Crew Orientation and Training process for new crew members
- Cross-train crew to cover positions efficiently
- Recognize and report high-performing crew members
- Monitor inventory and complete physical inventory as required
- Intake weekly food deliveries
- Ensure security of cash, products, and equipment
- Follow established restaurant priorities and plans
- Ensure standards and procedures are executed during shifts
- Manage shift to Quality, Service, and Cleanliness levels of 80% or better
- Take appropriate action when anticipating or identifying problems
- Follow Operations Manual procedures
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Adhere to cash control policies
- Report accidents accurately
- Resolve operational issues as indicated by Health Department
- Manage shifts using guidelines and checklists
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Write crew schedule to meet objectives
- Comply with company standards for crew benefits
- Follow Preventative Maintenance Program
- Train and monitor equipment maintenance by crew
