Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of casual dining, upscale casual dining or fine dining experience
  • Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop team members
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Establishes guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
  • Assists the Managing Partner with recruiting, retaining, training and developing an optimum number of staff who are enthusiastically dedicated to delivering the highest level of hospitality to the guest
  • Assists the Managing Partner in achieving targeted budgets, goals and objectives
  • Ensures that all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and on a timely basis including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, employment-related forms
  • Oversees team performance to drive increased sales and profitability
  • Implements effective cost controls
  • Focuses on development, training and retention of staff and managers
