Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts
- review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- monitor crew preparation, production, and procedure execution to manage costs
- track waste levels using established procedures
- communicate sales and profit issues to General or District Manager
- assist in executing restaurant sales and profit plans
- monitor food costs to reduce waste and theft
- monitor product quality through customer interaction and crew performance feedback
- assess service times and train crew for efficiency
- enforce customer courtesy and prompt service
- take corrective action to improve service times
- solicit customer feedback for satisfaction assessment
- establish and communicate daily service goals
- train crew to maintain cleanliness and follow cleaning plans
- direct crew to correct cleaning deficiencies
- train crew on new products
- assist in training new managers
- conduct crew orientation and position skills training
- cross-train crew for efficient shift coverage
- recognize high-performing crew members
- follow prep and production flowcharts
- monitor inventory and complete physical inventory as required
- receive weekly food deliveries
- maintain security of cash, product, and equipment
- follow priorities set by General Manager
- ensure standards and procedures during shifts are met
- maintain quality, service, and cleanliness (Q.S.C.) level at 80 percent or higher
- address anticipated or identified problems
- follow operations manual procedures
- maintain safe working conditions according to company policies
- enforce cash control policies
- report accidents accurately and promptly
- resolve Health Department Inspector issues
- manage shifts using established checklists
- perform administrative duties as assigned
- write crew schedules to meet management plans
- comply with company crew benefits standards
- follow preventative maintenance programs
- train and monitor crew on equipment maintenance
