Job Requirements
- Experience in restaurant or kitchen management
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work full time and manage multiple units
- Hands-on approach to operational oversight
- Familiarity with budget control and marketing strategies
- Full service restaurant experience
Job Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a restaurant manager, restaurant general manager, kitchen manager, sous chef, chef or similar role
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Strong leadership, motivational, communication and people skills
- Experience in full service restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Ensure quality in food and beverage
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain the good image and dynamic culture of the restaurant
- Respond efficiently and accurately to all customer needs
- Assist with budget control and propose new ways to impact profitability and growth
- Assist with all forms of marketing, especially through social media
- Improve efficiencies in all systems
- Assist with writing the service schedule
- Train new and current employees on best practices in customer service
- Conduct frequent check-ins with all members of the kitchen and service staff
