Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least three years of work experience in the restaurant industry
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- effective problem-solving skills
- physical stamina to be on feet for long periods

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- create bar schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- balance cash drawers
- handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees
- ensure that equipment, lights, etc. are turned off and lock doors
- answer phone calls and handle banquet information
- be flexible and remain calm under stressful situations
