Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or a related role
  • strong leadership ability
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation in alignment with company and CDC guidelines
  • oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory, staffing, and financial controls
  • implement training programs and provide continuous coaching and development for staff
  • foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
  • ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • participate in community involvement initiatives representing the restaurant
