Job Duties
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation in alignment with company and CDC guidelines
- oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory, staffing, and financial controls
- implement training programs and provide continuous coaching and development for staff
- foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
- ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- participate in community involvement initiatives representing the restaurant
