- 2-5 years of casual dining, upscale casual dining or fine dining experience
- Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills

Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of casual dining, upscale casual dining or fine dining experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, train and develop a team

- Experience in managing high volume restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Establishes guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
- Assists the Managing Partner with recruiting, retaining, training and developing staff who deliver the highest level of hospitality
- Assists the Managing Partner in achieving targeted budgets, goals and objectives
- Ensures that all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and on time including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits and employment-related forms
- Drives team performance and fosters a positive work environment
- Implements effective cost control measures
- Develops and retains staff and managers
