Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties

  • Provide coaching and support to the team
  • Create a fun and inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued
  • Identify 5 Star Talent and schedule team members effectively to maximize productivity
  • Manage daily operations and staff with support from General Manager or District Manager
  • Drive sales and profits through effective restaurant management
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development of team members
  • Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Promote teamwork and complete required administrative tasks
