Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage or related field
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to work in various temperature environments
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking, hearing, and visual acuity
  • Ability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and bend as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club setting
  • Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification
  • Completion of food and beverage online training modules
  • Experience handling confidential member and employee data
  • Proficient computer skills including spreadsheet software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
  • Monitor reservation book and oversee room setups for shift functions and events
  • Complete opening and closing procedures for meal shifts
  • Ensure completion of daily side work and maintain orderly work areas
  • Assist in training and development of service staff
  • Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
  • Record necessary information for shift handovers
  • Communicate updates and special instructions to team members
