Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage or related field
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to work in various temperature environments
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking, hearing, and visual acuity
- Ability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and bend as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club setting
- Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification
- Completion of food and beverage online training modules
- Experience handling confidential member and employee data
- Proficient computer skills including spreadsheet software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- Ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
- Monitor reservation book and oversee room setups for shift functions and events
- Complete opening and closing procedures for meal shifts
- Ensure completion of daily side work and maintain orderly work areas
- Assist in training and development of service staff
- Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- Record necessary information for shift handovers
- Communicate updates and special instructions to team members
