Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Associate Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to problem solve and handle high-stress situations
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and additional shifts
  • Availability to travel including overnight stays
  • Reliable transportation to meet banking obligations

Job Qualifications

  • Working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Associate Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to interpret financial statements
  • Must be able to perform job duties of every position
  • Ability to multitask as per business demands

  • Overseeing restaurant operations execution and management of staff
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Managing daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Providing an exceptional guest experience by ensuring proper training and accountability
  • Reviewing and modifying practices to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Responding to guest concerns and complaints professionally and timely
  • Maintaining compliance with employment policies and safety regulations
