Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Minimum 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferably
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Ability to physically stand for long periods, walk extensively, push/lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach, handle, bend, stoop, taste, smell, and verbally communicate
  • Compliance with all state-mandated age requirements for alcohol serving (where applicable)
  • Adherence to company safety and sanitation procedures that align with CDC, state, and local guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • College and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
  • Assigning and directing work
  • Appraising performance
  • Rewarding and disciplining employees
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
  • Modeling professional behavior to create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • Assisting team members with category job duties as needed
  • Building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
  • Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meeting and greeting guests and resolving food quality/service issues
  • Maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
  • Enforcing safe work behaviors
  • Monitoring daily activities to maintain food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Controlling day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
  • Managing food costs through portion control and inventory management
  • Controlling labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
  • Performing all other duties as assigned
