Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferably
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to physically stand for long periods, walk extensively, push/lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, handle, bend, stoop, taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- Compliance with all state-mandated age requirements for alcohol serving (where applicable)
- Adherence to company safety and sanitation procedures that align with CDC, state, and local guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Assigning and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Modeling professional behavior to create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Assisting team members with category job duties as needed
- Building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meeting and greeting guests and resolving food quality/service issues
- Maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- Enforcing safe work behaviors
- Monitoring daily activities to maintain food quality and cleanliness standards
- Controlling day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
- Managing food costs through portion control and inventory management
- Controlling labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- Performing all other duties as assigned
