Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficient with Microsoft Office
  • experience handling inventory and ordering

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • ability to master all restaurant positions before training others
  • effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience managing large teams
  • comfortable working in a kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • oversee ordering and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
  • ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
  • coach and develop staff through effective feedback and training
  • build strong relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience
  • maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
