Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- experience handling inventory and ordering

- minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- ability to master all restaurant positions before training others

Job Duties
- lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- oversee ordering and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
- ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- coach and develop staff through effective feedback and training
- build strong relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
