Job Requirements
- Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to apply common sense and perform basic mathematical computations
- Must attend and complete Twin Peaks orientation and manager training
- Ability to comply with local and state food and alcohol service certification requirements
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work in environments with exposure to kitchen fumes, noise, and occasional wet or humid conditions
- Must adhere to company policies including anti-harassment and drug/alcohol restrictions
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Must acknowledge and agree to responsibilities regarding Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines and Image & Costume Guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Understanding of food safety and alcohol service laws
- Experience with employee coaching and development
- Knowledge of performance-based scheduling
- Ability to manage cash handling and deposits
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Spanish language skills are helpful
- Completion of required training programs including Twin Peaks manager training
- Ability to manage kitchen and service standards
Job Duties
- Follow proper Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines
- Uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and periodic Quality Assurance Checks
- Ensure that alcohol is always served responsibly and in accordance with the law
- Drive sales by working with all team members to execute excellent operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts
- Hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Responsibly handle cash, including assigning drawers, computing employee checkouts, and bank deposits
- Respectfully and properly handle all issues of alleged discrimination or harassment in accordance with policy
- Maintain an atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude, or poor work performance
- Effectively coach and counsel
- Teach, motivate, and coach all team members including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls
- Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls according to Audition Guidelines
- Ensure Steps of Service are followed and motivate staff to provide P.E.A.K.S. service
- Hold team members accountable to standards including Image & Costume Guidelines
- Maintain organized and updated training schedules, programs, and materials
- Execute training and development programs including personal development
- Manage the execution of Performance Based Scheduling
- Practice sound inventory control
- Dress and act professionally each day to set a good example
