Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years management experience in casual dining or similar industry
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work across a minimum of three DMV area locations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining food quality and guest service standards
