Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • organized and deadline-oriented
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience managing a large team
  • knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate a team of restaurant employees to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and ordering
  • provide effective coaching and feedback to team members to foster growth and development
  • maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • build positive relationships with guests and team members to enhance customer satisfaction
  • master every position in the restaurant to effectively train others
  • manage and organize restaurant administrative tasks including proficiency in Microsoft Office
