Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- organized and deadline-oriented
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience managing a large team
- knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management

Job Duties
- lead and motivate a team of restaurant employees to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and ordering

- maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- build positive relationships with guests and team members to enhance customer satisfaction
- master every position in the restaurant to effectively train others
- manage and organize restaurant administrative tasks including proficiency in Microsoft Office
