Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years supervisory experience in an upscale restaurant preferably within a luxury hotel or country club
  • Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Superior communication skills written and verbal
  • Hospitality degree or management degree or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of JONAS software preferred
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be able to work 5-6 days per week

Job Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of supervisory or management experience in upscale, high-volume restaurant settings
  • Experience within a luxury hotel or country club preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Knowledge of JONAS hospitality software preferred
  • Hospitality degree or management degree or relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee dining room appearance and ensure high standards are maintained
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to provide excellent hospitality
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards of food and beverage facilities
  • Develop and implement programs to increase restaurant sales
  • Monitor and control food, labor, supply, and other operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide superior customer service to meet and exceed member and guest expectations
