Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage industry or private club setting
- preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, CPR Certification
- completion of food and beverage online training modules
- strong experience handling confidential member and employee data
- proficient computer skills including spreadsheet software
- strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
- provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- ensure member/guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- supervise service staff to ensure consistent high-quality execution
- monitor reservation book and oversee room setups
- complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
- assist in training and development of service staff
- participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- record necessary information for next shift
- communicate updates and special instructions to team members
