Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
  • able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage industry or private club setting
  • preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, CPR Certification
  • completion of food and beverage online training modules
  • strong experience handling confidential member and employee data
  • proficient computer skills including spreadsheet software
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
  • provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • ensure member/guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • supervise service staff to ensure consistent high-quality execution
  • monitor reservation book and oversee room setups
  • complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
  • assist in training and development of service staff
  • participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
  • maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
  • record necessary information for next shift
  • communicate updates and special instructions to team members
