Job Requirements

  • 2+ years dining room experience in hospitality and fine dining management preferred
  • excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • strong passion for and skill in education
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word Outlook
  • preferred bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or equivalent expertise
  • English fluency Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • cultivate a culture of enlightened hospitality that supports business objectives and growth
  • maintain excellence and cleanliness of the dining room ensuring appropriate physical inventory
  • maintain positive working relationships with kitchen leaders and line staff ensuring effective communication
  • continuously support service staff and participate in the cycle of service as needed
  • work with beverage management to conduct and reconcile month end beverage inventory
  • ensure compliance with HR practices holding employees accountable and following disciplinary procedures
  • accurately complete payroll process on time according to procedures
  • ensure department of labor and health department compliance as it pertains to operations
  • provide feedback and guidance promoting growth and development
  • seek internal and external opportunities to build the team
