Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Available to work at three or more locations
  • Must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Willingness to undergo training and development

  • Proven leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
  • Lead and set the tone for each shift
  • Coach, mentor, and train restaurant staff
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs across multiple locations
  • Enforce health and safety regulations
