Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years experience as Associate Manager or Assistant Manager
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for long shifts
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions
- Must meet health regulations related to food handling
- Ability to operate point-of-sale system
- Must be able to work with hazardous chemicals
- Available for occasional travel
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 3 years as Assistant Manager
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Job Duties
- Overseeing restaurant operations execution and management of staff
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Managing daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Providing exceptional guest experience by ensuring proper training and accountability for service and food quality
- Reviewing and modifying practices to improve guest experience while maintaining visibility with guests
- Responding to guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensuring management and crew understand all operational systems and maintain brand standards for cleanliness and service
- Developing employees' knowledge and skills through training, development plans, and feedback
- Directing restaurant operations to meet brand standards for food and facilities
- Enforcing sanitary practices and ensuring security procedures protect guests, employees, and company assets
- Maintaining compliance with employment policies and regulations
- Addressing and resolving various issues including customer complaints and employee relations
