  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
  • Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager by coaching team members and fostering a respectful work environment
  • Identify and schedule "5 Star Talent" effectively to ensure operational efficiency
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and administrative tasks
  • Drive sales and profits by maintaining excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and teamwork
  • Collaborate with General Manager and District Manager to align on operational goals
  • Perform all restaurant operations positions/functions as needed
