- At least one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching team members and fostering a respectful work environment
- Identify and schedule "5 Star Talent" effectively to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and administrative tasks
- Drive sales and profits by maintaining excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Hire, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and teamwork
- Collaborate with General Manager and District Manager to align on operational goals
- Perform all restaurant operations positions/functions as needed
