Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales
- review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- monitor crew prep, production, and procedure execution to control costs
- track waste levels and communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
- assist in executing restaurant sales and profits plans
- monitor food costs to eliminate waste and theft
- monitor product quality through customer interaction and crew feedback
- determine service efficiency and train crew for prompt customer response
- take corrective actions to improve service times
- train crew in customer courtesy
- establish and communicate daily service goals
- maintain restaurant cleanliness during shifts and follow cleaning plans
- train crew in new products and initial position skills
- assist in training new managers
- cross-train crew for efficient shift coverage
- recognize high-performing crewmembers
- follow prep and production flowcharts
- monitor inventory levels and complete physical inventory
- intake weekly food deliveries
- maintain security of cash, product, and equipment
- follow restaurant priorities and ensure proper execution of standards during shifts
- manage shifts to maintain quality, service, cleanliness levels of 80% or better
- follow operations manual and company policy for cash control and safety
- report accidents promptly
- manage shifts using established guidelines
- perform administrative duties including scheduling
- comply with company standards for crew benefits
- follow preventative maintenance programs and train crew in equipment maintenance
