Job Duties

  • Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
  • conduct daily briefings
  • manage repair and maintenance issues
  • oversee Restaurant Risk Review audit process and implement changes
  • manage local marketing and community involvement
  • facilitate and participate in Continued Education Program
  • exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • ensure compliance with company policies and laws
  • recommend development, promotion, and disciplinary actions for team members
  • make hiring and termination recommendations to General Manager
  • cooperate with Team Member Relations and management to investigate inquiries
  • ensure safety and sanitation
  • monitor food and beverage quality
  • conduct quarterly food reviews
  • prepare and receive food and beverage orders
  • conduct weekly inventories
  • monitor and validate daily prep production
  • coach, mentor, and discipline team members
  • facilitate team member recognition
  • train, coach, and develop team members for Gold Standard service
  • manage guest relations and guest recovery
