Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and profitability
- Manage and train restaurant staff to uphold quality standards and service excellence
- Oversee inventory, budgeting, and financial management to optimize restaurant performance
- Implement safety and sanitation procedures in line with company policies and CDC guidelines
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and employee development
- Coordinate scheduling to maintain efficient staffing levels while supporting employee work-life balance
- Collaborate with the General Manager and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business goals
