Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum two years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements

Job Duties
- Supervise team members in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance

- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build store sales
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA and health code compliance and enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control cash and security procedures, review financial reports and schedules
- control food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other duties as assigned
