Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide schedule and direct Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee food production and preparation in line with recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
