Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- Sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club setting
- Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification
- Completion of food and beverage online training modules
- Strong experience handling confidential material
- Proficient in computer skills with strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- Ensure member/guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
- Monitor reservation book and manage room setups
- Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
- Assist in training and development of service staff
