Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • Sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club setting
  • Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification
  • Completion of food and beverage online training modules
  • Strong experience handling confidential material
  • Proficient in computer skills with strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Ensure member/guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
  • Monitor reservation book and manage room setups
  • Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
  • Assist in training and development of service staff
