Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Ability to manage budgets and inventory

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Reviewing applications interviewing and hiring or making recommendations to hire hourly employees
  • Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours of the restaurant
  • Driving sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Providing directing and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to ensure the safety of employees and guests
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with core values and operational goals
