- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Reviewing applications interviewing and hiring or making recommendations to hire hourly employees
- Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours of the restaurant
- Driving sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Providing directing and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to ensure the safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with core values and operational goals
