Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role required
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred
- Ability to be available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Compliance with state mandated age requirements for alcohol serving if applicable

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Assigning and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure employee success on the job and guest satisfaction
- Modeling professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Assisting team members with category job duties as needed
- Assisting with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meeting and greeting guests, investigating and resolving food quality/service issues
- Assisting in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies are met
- Enforcing safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- Monitoring daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
- Controlling day-to-day operations including cash control, reviewing financial reports and schedules
- Controlling food costs through recipes, portion control and inventory management
- Controlling labor costs through schedule and sales performance monitoring
- Performing all other duties as assigned
