Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend and stoop
  • Ability to use hands to handle objects and controls
  • Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
  • Ability to have close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus
  • Ability to freely access all restaurant areas

Job Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
  • College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work
  • Appraise performance
  • Reward and discipline employees
  • Address complaints and resolve problems
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Build store sales through execution of marketing programs
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies are met
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
  • Manage cash control and security procedures
  • Review financial reports and schedules
  • Control food costs by following recipes and inventory management
  • Control labor costs by scheduling and sales performance
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
