Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years prior leadership experience
  • experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining environment preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical ability to stand for entire shift, walk long periods, lift up to 50 pounds
  • comply with all state-mandated age requirements to serve alcohol if applicable
  • ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and discipline employees
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere
  • assist with team duties as needed
  • build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
  • maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
  • control operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
  • control food costs and labor costs
  • perform all other assigned duties
