Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years managerial experience in casual dining
- flexibility to work multiple locations
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid work authorization
- physical ability to perform restaurant duties
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in high-volume full service casual dining
- demonstrated leadership skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- strong communication and organizational abilities
- passion for delivering outstanding guest service
- willingness to travel between locations
Job Duties
- Oversee and direct all restaurant operations
- achieve sales and profitability targets
- maintain high food quality standards
- lead and motivate the team during shifts
- coach, mentor, and train staff
- ensure exceptional guest experiences
- manage multiple locations as needed
