- College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching team members and fostering a respectful work environment
- Identify 5 Star Talent and place the right people in appropriate positions through effective scheduling
- Manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant with support from General or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits by ensuring excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Recruit, hire, and train team members to meet organizational standards
- Promote teamwork and maintain high morale among staff
- Complete administrative tasks as required for restaurant management
