Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager by coaching team members and fostering a respectful work environment
  • Identify 5 Star Talent and place the right people in appropriate positions through effective scheduling
  • Manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant with support from General or District Manager
  • Drive sales and profits by ensuring excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Recruit, hire, and train team members to meet organizational standards
  • Promote teamwork and maintain high morale among staff
  • Complete administrative tasks as required for restaurant management
