Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of prior experience in leadership roles
  • Experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Compliance with state alcohol service age requirements where applicable
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to use hands for handling and operate controls
  • Must be able to communicate verbally

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees according to company policies and laws
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work

  • Monitor daily activities for quality and cleanliness
  • Control operations including cash control, security, schedules, and financial reports
  • Control food and labor costs using appropriate tools
