Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol serving where applicable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Assigning and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure employees success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with category job duties as needed
- Assist with building store sales via execution of marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigating and resolving food quality and service issues
- Assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- Control daily operations including cash control and financial report review
- Control food costs through recipe, portion control, and inventory management
- Control labor costs utilizing labor scheduling tools
- Perform all other duties as assigned
