Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or cashier role desirable
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer
- regular access to personal vehicle
- ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop or bend during work hours
- ability to use hands for keyboard and computer operation
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- physical ability to push or pull up to 90lbs up to 30 feet
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- clear speech and good hearing face to face and on phone
- clear vision with or without corrective lenses
- willingness and ability to follow all health, safety, and company policies

Job Duties
- Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems
- ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
- recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members
- maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values
- responsible for all food and beverage quality, service and cleanliness standards within the restaurant
- ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained
- respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems
- conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or corrective actions when necessary
- create a happy and safe work environment
- ensure restaurant plans and marketing initiatives are being implemented
- hold team members accountable by performance management process
- recognize employees for exceptional performance and embodying core values using the RBD Value Card
- attend staff, departmental and required meetings
- follow cash handling, safety and security procedures
- adhere to KFC and city/state/united States safety regulations
- demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with RBD's Human Resources policies and processes
