Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, train employees and assign work
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and foster a hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Contribute to sales building by executing marketing programs
- Champion sales and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health, safety, and security compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- Manage cash control, financial reports, and scheduling
- Control food costs via recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- Control labor costs with effective scheduling
- Perform all other duties as assigned
