Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- must follow state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service when applicable
- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- capable of pushing, lifting, carrying up to 50 pounds
- able to use hands, bend, stoop, taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral, color vision and depth perception
- ability to access all areas of the restaurant
- complies with safety and sanitation procedures as per CDC and local guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- a minimum of 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws
- recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning and directing work
- appraising performance
- rewarding and disciplining employees
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coaching and mentoring team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
- modeling professional behavior while creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assisting team members with category job duties as needed
- assisting with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meeting and greeting guests, investigating and resolving food quality and service issues
- maintaining efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- ensuring OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policy compliance
- enforcing safe work behaviors
- monitoring food quality and cleanliness standards
- controlling day-to-day operations including cash control and financial report review
- controlling food costs through recipe adherence and inventory management
- monitoring labor costs via scheduling tools
- performing all other duties as assigned
