Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related role
  • excellent leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • ability to comply with health and safety regulations
  • valid work authorization

  • lead and oversee daily restaurant operations

  • implement and monitor safety and sanitation protocols in line with CDC guidelines
  • assist the general manager in staffing, training, and scheduling
  • drive sales and operational goals through effective management strategies
