Job Requirements

  • minimum 18 years of age
  • previous general manager experience
  • experience managing high volume quick service restaurants preferred
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • strong organizational skills
  • commitment to maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume restaurant locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail considered
  • leadership and team management skills
  • ability to develop and mentor staff
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant operations to ensure profitability and compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • lead and support department managers in setting and achieving their goals
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
  • hire, develop, and mentor department and shift managers
  • collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
