Job Requirements
- minimum 18 years of age
- previous general manager experience
- experience managing high volume quick service restaurants preferred
- ability to lead and develop teams
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail considered

Job Duties
- manage restaurant operations to ensure profitability and compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- lead and support department managers in setting and achieving their goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire, develop, and mentor department and shift managers
- collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
