Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior restaurant management experience preferred
  • Must have and maintain ServSafe certification
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible 40-hour week including various shifts
  • Must be able to use headset
  • Ability to perform physical inspections and work in various environmental conditions
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and discretion
  • Must be available to work all day parts and days of the week

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales
  • Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
  • Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures execution to control costs
  • Track waste levels and monitor crew position procedures
  • Monitor food costs to eliminate waste
  • Monitor product quality by interacting with customers
  • Manage and provide feedback on crew performance
  • Measure service times and train crew to improve efficiency
  • Train crew in customer courtesy and prompt response
  • Take corrective action to enhance service times
  • Train crew to solicit customer feedback
  • Establish and communicate daily speed of service goals
  • Train crew to maintain cleanliness and follow cleaning plans
  • Direct crew to correct cleaning deficiencies
  • Train crew in new products and orientation
  • Train new crew in initial position skills
  • Ensure crew meets prep and production goals
  • Monitor inventory levels for product availability
  • Maintain security of cash, product, and equipment
