Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • capable of handling stressful situations with patience and professionalism
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • willingness to undergo a background check

Job Duties

  • run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • perform administrative activities like inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are met
  • support in the kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
  • manage employee and guest interactions to maintain satisfaction
  • handle unexpected operational challenges calmly and effectively
