Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- compliance with state mandated alcohol serving age requirements for applicable locations
- ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach with hands and use fingers
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to communicate verbally
- good vision including color, peripheral, and depth perception
- ability to access all restaurant areas safely
- adherence to safety, sanitation, and health guidelines

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning and directing work

- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction

- occasionally assist team members with job duties as needed
- assist with building store sales by ensuring execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for guests and crew
- monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, reviewing financial reports and schedules
- control food costs by following recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales through labor tools
- perform all other duties as assigned
