- Provide coaching to team members to foster development and a positive work environment
- Identify and place 5 Star Talent effectively in scheduling
- Manage daily restaurant operations in coordination with General Manager and District Manager
- Drive sales and profitability through excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Handle staffing, hiring, and training of restaurant team members
- Promote teamwork and ensure a respectful workplace culture
- Complete administrative tasks related to restaurant management
