Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and workplace safety guidelines
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment that supports team growth and engagement
  • Foster strong relationships with guests and team members to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Implement training and development programs to build team capabilities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and drive continuous improvement
