Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and workplace safety guidelines
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment that supports team growth and engagement
- Foster strong relationships with guests and team members to enhance customer satisfaction
- Implement training and development programs to build team capabilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and drive continuous improvement
