Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume full-service restaurant
  • valid food handlers certification
  • valid alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • capability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
  • food handlers certification
  • alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
