Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
  • guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality
  • experience in scheduling, inventory, and team development
  • knowledge of POS systems such as Toast
  • maintain a safe working environment for team members and dining environment for guests
  • work with the General Manager to ensure all financials are on track, recorded accurately, and on time
  • eagerness to grow with a company that promotes from within
  • must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
  • preferred degree in Hospitality Management or similar
  • ability to coach and develop team members
  • strong passion for hospitality and service
  • knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • working knowledge of local and national health codes
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
  • manage daily operations including labor, inventory, and cost controls
  • hire, train, and develop hourly staff and supervisors
  • drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with multi-unit leaders on business goals and growth
