Job Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality
- experience in scheduling, inventory, and team development
- knowledge of POS systems such as Toast
- maintain a safe working environment for team members and dining environment for guests
- work with the General Manager to ensure all financials are on track, recorded accurately, and on time
- eagerness to grow with a company that promotes from within
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
- preferred degree in Hospitality Management or similar
- ability to coach and develop team members
- strong passion for hospitality and service
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- working knowledge of local and national health codes
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
- manage daily operations including labor, inventory, and cost controls
- hire, train, and develop hourly staff and supervisors
- drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- collaborate with multi-unit leaders on business goals and growth
