Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of manager experience in restaurants
- flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Smashburger, local, state, and federal employment regulations
- must successfully complete Smashburger training program
- possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Manage the performance of multiple shift leaders and employees
- promote a fun and positive work environment
- manage the effectiveness of people-focused processes and systems
- provide initial and ongoing training to all employees within the unit utilizing SmashConnect, LMS, and 4 step method of training
- reward and recognize employee performance that exceeds company standards
- manage the daily completion of operational checklists including line checks, uniform standards, opening/closing checklists, safe and deposit logs
- manage FSC operational standards daily
- manage the guest experience metrics (NPS and OSAT)
- ensure all food safety standards are followed and comply with local health departments
- exemplify guest service on each shift and communicate SIZZLE service standards to employees
- manage the successful onboarding and training for new employees
- support routine management communication
- follow COGS management procedures for food ordering and inventory
- ensure company cash policies to minimize losses
- manage daily labor and build schedules based on forecast tool and labor percentages
- manage local store marketing programs as assigned
