Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years food and beverage supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, post high school education preferred
- Minimum two years food and beverage supervisory experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Ability to exceed guest and team member expectations
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of three meal restaurant operations preferred
- Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage front of house operations for the restaurant and hotel
- Provide training, direction, supervision, and hands on support to staff
- Direct associates and supervisors to achieve food and beverage operational goals
- Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages meets guest satisfaction, brand standards, and health regulations
- Hire and train service staff
- Facilitate communication, engagement, and conflict resolution among team members
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Participate in the management on duty (MOD) program as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
